Tootak – How to Delete Your Account and Data

We respect your privacy and believe you should have full control over your data. If you wish to delete your Tootak account and associated data, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated data:

Send an email to info@tootak.org from the email address linked to your Tootak account.
Use the subject line: “Tootak Account Deletion Request.”
In the message body, please confirm:
- Your username (if applicable)
- That you want all data associated with your account permanently deleted.

Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and begin the deletion process.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

We will permanently delete the following data:

Your username and profile information
Any email address associated with your account
Game or app usage history linked to your account
Media files you uploaded (e.g., photos or audio recordings)

Retention and Exceptions

We will process your request within 10 business days.
Certain non-personal or aggregated data (e.g., analytics not tied to your identity) may be retained for internal reporting or service improvement.

If required by law (e.g., for fraud prevention or audit compliance), some data may be retained for a limited period after deletion.
